Undertaker vs Triple H

Two years ago we had a rematch of all rematches, now we have it again. Triple H can call himself a third time opponent of the Taker’s Streak at WrestleMania, Shawn Michaels pulls in the referee shirt. To top it off, they have something which they are very familiar with: Hell in a Cell.
This Match type has accompanied the WWE Universe for 15 years now and has already many epic battle in the memories of fans. In the 22nd HIAC match, it’s the UnderTaker and HHH, the two men who will build on their legendary match from the previous year.
Triple H vs Undertaker

The best part of this feud was Shawn’s smile, as the Undertaker told Triple H that Shawn is definitely the better of the two DX-founder. How does this affect the outcome will be interesting to watch.

Let’s not forget that this is for the WWE Title, and will be a great match given the in ring abilities of these two.

The slight problem is how ring fit is Chris Jericho here, having not worked any real single match for over a year and a half. I hope for his and the fans sake, that he has been training hard and bring his best performances here. Otherwise we could have a really underwhelming encounter here.
Divas Tag Team Match

Rumors was that WWE would get Shaq O’Neill involved for Wrestlemania, but obviously the deal was not done, Maria Menounos. Two little feet, 300 pounds lighter, but twice as nice to look at is this year celebrity involvement.
Certainly, with Shaq there would have been great presence, but the little celebrity match will just be just that: something in between to get the fans to back down. A filler match that provides abit of fun and glamour in a short period.
With the selection of divas limited by departures and injuries, WWE have chosen to spotlight the most high profile. It is a pity that Beth is again deny any real ladies wrestling match at WrestleMania. Where’s her best friend Natalya?
Kharma is unfortunately not yet fit, which is of course understandable. I would really like to see a match between Beth Phoenix and Kharma and I had real hopes, as Beth has been in recent months shown to be dominant. This tag team match also looks more like Plan B, it has managed to bring the three current top divas with Beth, Kelly and Eve on the card.
Eve/Beth vs Kelly/Maria

Beth is the dominant diva, Kelly is the top-Babyface Diva Eve and the Hoe (ski) who at the beginning of the year played a major role in the shows and still does. By the two broken ribs celebrity Maria is limited, so I’m assuming that she will have either no action or be written out on short notice.
Of course, one may assume that Kelly and Maria wins, celebrity bonus and all, but Eve as a new top heel Diva needs this win on the big stage and therefore I am picking her to win.
Sheamus vs Daniel Bryan

While we used to be have only one challenger for the WWE title, now the Royal Rumble winner can also challenge the world heavyweight champion. Sheamus is indeed of unique stature, but God knows, not great enough on the microphone to keep promos for weeks.
Meanwhile Bryan grew at the same time more and more into the role of self-conscious vegan, but above all purely self-indulgent world champion. The frequent sight of Daniel Bryan shouting Yes Yes and jumping up and down is a classic image on WWE TV nowadays.
Daniel Bryan vs Sheamus

Important part role played by his girlfriend AJ who looks so fragile that one wants to tell her permanently, that Daniel Bryan is using her. Instead, she protected him, more or less voluntarily, thereby ensuring he continued his Championship Run. And the longer it lasts, the more the former Bryan Danielson is established as someone who can fight for the title.
I think that Daniel Bryan repeatedly defend his World Title by dirty tactics, and thus consolidate its status as one of the best heel in the WWE currently on. And then we will all share the following call: YES! YES! YES!
Team Teddy vs Team Johnny

I’ll have to admit, I really am a big fan of this feud. Finally, there are again two general managers who are fighting over who is better. One can certainly argue that this is just a match to fill in as many Midcarder as possible on the card, especially because the money in the Bank match will not take place. It is an encore of the Eric Bischoff Steve Austin GM Battle, but it has been well done for what it is.
The entire feud, with all its participating members, have been properly completed and well told. At the same time in this match comes along everything WWE likes to see: comedy, high-flying, crowd favorites, villains, a nice story around the ring and only in the case we have Drew McIntrye and the Great Khali as the two that you really do not want to see (more?).
Team Johnny vs Team Teddy

While I would like to see Teddy Long as GM of Raw and Smackdown. However, this would mean there would be a normal tag team match on every show. So in the end Johnny Ace is no longer an interim General Manager of Raw, but also the permanent General Manager of SmackDown. And it would not surprise me if a certain Zack Ryder would listen to a certain Eve, who wants to see exactly that happen.
