The final WWE Smackdown (May 20th 2011) before this Sunday WWE Over The Limit 2011 PPV. Last week main event saw Randy Orton/Christian vs Sheamus/Mark Henry in a tag team bout. This week’s Smackdown kick off with an opening match between two former WWE World Champions.

Singles Match – WWE SmackDown Results|Spoilers 05/20/2011
Christian defeated Sheamus via DQ when Mark Henry engages in the match. Post match, the heel attack Christian. The Smackdown World Champion Randy Orton comes out and takes his time. Orton eventually saves Christian from the 2 on 1 beatdown.

Cody Rhodes comes out with Ted DiBiase Jr.. Cody holds a doctoral and Ted with a garbage bag over his head and says that he is representing Corpus Christi. It’s look like the former Legacy partners are back together and they are getting major heats from the fans.

Ted DiBiase Jr. (w / Cody Rhodes) defeated Trent Baretta.

Ezekiel Jackson comes out, followed by the Corre. The confrontation is stopped by the Smackdown General Manager. Teddy Long books a 6-Man Tag Team Match right now. On Sunday, it will be Ezekiel Jackson vs Wade Barrett at WWE Over The Limit 2011 for the Intercontential Championship.

Six-Man Tag Team Match – WWE SmackDown Results|Spoilers 05/20/2011
Ezekiel Jackson, Kane & The Big Show defeated The Corre (Wade Barrett, Justin Gabriel & Heath Slater).

Non-Title Match – WWE SmackDown Results|Spoilers 05/20/2011
Brie Bella (c) defeated Natalya. Kharma did not appear during this segment.

Singles Match – WWE SmackDown Results|Spoilers 05/20/2011
Daniel Bryan defeated Chavo Guerrero.
After the match Sin Cara comes out and hits a hurricanrana against Chavo. It is announced a new match has been added to the WWE Over The Limit 2011 Card, Sin Cara vs Chavo Guerrero.

Non-Title Match – WWE SmackDown Results|Spoilers 05/20/2011
Randy Orton defeated Mark Henry by DQ because Sheamus intervene in the match.
After the match, Christian comes out slowly and eventually makes the save, returning the earlier favor to the Viper. At WWE Over The Limit 2011 Randy Orton vs Christian, they will face off for the World Title.

With that, WWE Smackdown May 20th 2011 broadcast goes off air and we head into the WWE Over The Limit 2011 PPV on Sunday May 22th 2011. For the live crowd, there is a special bonus match.
