Edge Appearing For WWE Summerslam 2011?

The chances for an appearance for the recently retired Edge for WWE Summerslam 2011 is said to be very good.
Edge is already scheduled for the WWE Summerslam 2011 Axxess event. Edge will be on hand during the afternoon hours (1pm to 3pm) of the PPV day for autographs. The SummerSlam 2011 event starts at 7pm local time at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
Whether Edge will appear at the WWE Summerslam 2011 event itself is still being discussed. One idea being discussed is for Edge to confront Christian during the event.
Edge was last used on May 01 2011 at a WWE PPV event: At that time he helped his longtime friend and tag team partner Christian to win his first World Heavyweight Championship at WWE Extreme Rules 2011.
Edge had to retire from WWE in April of this year due to a severe neck injury from years of wrestling. The WWE SummerSlam 2011 PPV will take place on 14th August 2011 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.

At the WWE Australia Tour 2011 Melbourne show, Zack Ryder WWE Internet Championship Title was defended against Primo. The WWE Internet Championship is the replica WWE belt on the Long Island Ice Z YouTube show). Zack Ryder defeated Primo to retain the title.
Cm Punk WWE Storyline Continues

During the WWE Australia Tour 2011 events, CM Punk has continue blasting the Mcmahon family during his entrance promos. Despite CM Punk Suspended status, WWE announced that the Straight Edge Superstar will continue to work live events only after contract negotiation. Just like on Raw, CM Punk microphone was cut off halfway during the promo.
John Cena Blast The Rock During WWE Australia Tour 2011

Meanwhile after winning the match for the RAW Houseshow in Perth, Australien (July 3rd 2011), a visibly irritated John Cena grabbed the microphone was directed a rant primarily against a group of The Rock fans, seated in the front row. The fans were said to be taunting John Cena about the Rock earning more money than John Cena.
On the mic, Cena gave the following words in response.
“Gentlemen -.. The Rock did not want to come along on this journey The Rock is in the United States of America and enjoys his career as an actor. Another gentleman here has just said that the Rock earned more money than me. I hope that someone is filming this, because I could give a damn how much money he (The Rock) has. And I could give a damn whether he in his home relaxed and waiting for his next starring role.
He (The Rock) had the balls to stand in the middle of the WWE ring and said he was back and he would never go away anymore, but I stand here now and we are all wondering where is the self-styled ‘People’s Champion ‘Where is the self proclaimed Captain of Team “Bring It” and what does he do for his team? Are they bringing a medical excuse that he must not travel for Australia and meet the WWE Universe here in Perth?
I do not care if I have to play Julius Caesar, Five Fast, Fast Six, GI Joe,Godzilla, King Kong in a package. All that I want is be in the middle of this ring and defend this title in front of you. Because I ‘m not an actor, I am a Professional Wrestler – because that is what I am
