The true identity of the WWE Anonymous Raw General Manager of Monday Night RAW is probably going to be revealed in the very near future by the WWE. This storyline has been one of the most mysterious and interesting angle by the WWE recently and it look like there will be a major development really soon. Could Wrestlemania 2011 be the event where the identity of the Anonymous Raw General Manager is finally revealed?  Going by the current storyline, it would seem very likely and there is apparently already a person who will be facing the Raw superstars with his decision regularly in person. Michael Cole has been reading the WWE Raw Anonymous GM emails, will he finally ditch his routine in the near future?

On the Anonymous General Manager specifically created Facebook account, it was strongly hinted about the decision in a posting that the WWE Anonymous Raw General Manager want to reveal himself/herself to the public very soon. If the WWE Universe learned about his identity, all hell would break loose on RAW. Here is his latest posting from the Anonymous General Manager just before this past week edition of Raw….

“I’m getting tired of all the secrecy. Soon loyal WWE Universe … when someone finally lets the snake out of the bag, all hell is going to break loose. Be prepared, with only 28 days until” The Grandest Stage Of Them All “… anything is possible. Watch WWE Monday Night RAW on USA tomorrow night @ 9pm !!”

WWE Raw Anonymous GM – The Storyline
As the message indicate, the fact that anyone could be revealed as the Anonymous Raw Gm is what’s making the WWE storyline interesting and unpredictable for fans. The WWE Anonymous Raw General Manager storyline started last summer, when he/she celebrated his/her debut as a decision maker at the Monday show after Bret Hart had been taken out by the heel-group “The Nexus”. The Anonymous General Manager was originally appointed by Vince McMahon and would from then on announced decisions every week via e-mail to a built up computer before the announce table to bring instructions for the Raw wrestlers. The Anonymous General Manager never acted completely as a “face” – or “Heel”-GM, sometimes the audience cheers the decisions and then sometimes the audience would objects the Raw General Manager’s decisions.

The Raw Gm was the one who gave all Nexus members their contracts, let the group get on without penalty after they attacked Vince McMahon into in a coma and stood in the Nexus feud with John Cena mostly on the side of Nexus leader Wade Barrett. The WWE Anonymous Raw General Manager also provided a mini-feud with Edge who demanded to know who is the general manager of raw. The end result was Edge being traded to Smackdown. Then Chris Jericho also threatens to unveil who is the general manager of raw only to be taken out by Randy Orton punt kick.

The unveiling of the Anonymous Raw General Manager will soon be forthcoming for many fans and would be one of the most exciting storyline resolutions in recent years as fans want WWE to reveal who is the general manager of raw. The phrase “when someone finally lets the snake out of the bag” could means WWE legend Stone Cold Steve Austin is the Anonymous Raw General Manager, as he is known with the nickname “Texas Rattlesnake” and has been announced for tonight’s RAW.

But Is Stone Cold the WWE Raw GM? For him the role of the Anonymous Raw GM would probably make the most sense, since he was in his WWE career usually presented as a “tweener” who has no friends, only enemies. Other rumored possibilities for the WWE Raw Anonymous GM have included Triple H, The Rock, Stephanie Mcmahon, Jim Ross, Kevin Nash, JBL, Mike Adamle, Shawn Michaels to Vince Mcmahon himself.

Steve Austin was most recently scheduled for WrestleMania 27 as “special guest referee for the match between Michael Cole vs. Jerry Lawler. As Michael Cole announced for tonight’s RAW, to present a special referee chosen by him, Steve Austin showed up to sign the contract and became the special referee instead of JBL.
