The saga from Sunday Money In The Bank PPV which saw CM Punk became the WWE Champion after his WWE contract reportedly expires goes to the next chapter with the CM Punk Comic Con appearance.
In the WWE Comic Con 2011 conference in San Diego, WWE Legend Bret Hart, WWE superstars Triple H and Rey Mysterio were present for the promotion of a question and answer sessions for fans. The event burst into life with the CM Punk Comic Con 2011 apperance interrupted the WWE Panel session, to the surprise and delight of fans.
The Straightedge Superstar walking into the auditorium. Equipped with a bullhorn, CM Punk demanded the microphone for the “Q & A” session to get to ask the three representatives from WWE a few questions.
After the microphone was given, cm punk had a long speech, where he mention that Vince McMahon was on Raw to start a WWE Championship tournament to crown a new World Champion.
Punk demanded to know why the WWE will crown a new WWE champion in a tournament on Raw if he is still the reigning WWE Champion. If for example Rey Mysterio wanted to win this title, he must first come to Chicago and beat him.

CM Punk Triple H Comic Con Confrontation
Then CM Punk turned to Triple H and Raw head writer Brian Gewirtz, why Zack Ryder was not on RAW (which got huge cheers from fans). HHH response that things have changed since CM Punk Leaves WWE and the company was under a new leadership, many things could soon change.
Interestingly, HHH added that punk should call him anytime if he wanted to work for the WWE again. CM Punk reply: “I am sure that Stephanie still has my phone number.”
This does seem to confirm that the storyline that CM Punk will continue for the time being off the regular WWE TV shows and appear in high-profile locations (like the Comic Con). Of course the CM Punk Comic Con video footage was all part of the storyline, the WWE would like to CM Punk to appear in talk shows, public events or even get mention on Twitter.
CM Punk has now been removed even from the WWE official website to make the storyline as realistic as possible. Also WWE talents have been told not to mention CM Punk on any social network, unless given specific permission.
As seen on this past Monday’s Raw, Triple H Fired Vince Mcmahon from WWE, and from the events of Comic Con, it looks like CM Punk will have to deal with the new WWE CEO/Chairman Triple H….if and when CM Punk Returns to WWE.
As reported in the leaked plans for the WWE Summerslam 2011 Matches, the current plan is for CM Punk vs John Cena Summerslam 2011 rematch to take place for the WWE Championship.
