Backstage WWE sources are reporting that there are plans for an Brock Lesnar vs Triple H Match at Summerslam 2012 despite an backstage incident at Extreme Rules. Immediately after the end of the main event between John Cena and Brock Lesnar at Extreme Rules, several sources report that Brock Lesnar dismantled an entire locker room and was yelling at WWE Officials in front of everyone.
The reason for Brock Lesnar losing his temper was said to be due to the final promo by John Cena that end the show. The original creative plan was that John Cena in spite of the victory was so complete injured and knocked out, that he should be carried out on a stretcher.
This was the plan to keep Lesnar looking strong despite losing his first return match in WWE. Brock Lesnar thus would have brag that while he lost the fight, he won the war and walked out on his own power. When John Cena decided to cut a promo, Lesnar felt cheated and double crossed by WWE.
It is not yet known how Lesnar calm down, as he was said to have totally lost his temper and was very angry. Lesnar went on a tirade on Marc Carano, the assistant to John Laurinaitis and rant that the company was messed up and disorganized. Lesnar also blamed Cena for the pulling down the rope toward the end of the match, causing him to fall over the top rope and nearly injured his knee.
However some within WWE felt that Brock Lesnar was working everyone to show that he could quit anytime, with the permission of top WWE officials.
Meanwhile there are also rumors that WWE management are opposed to the idea of “building up” Brock Lesnar and getting him “over” as he is not a long term prospect. It is said that WWE plan to use Brock Lesnar to put over their main talents.
The angle with Brock Lesnar attacking Triple H on Monday has already been planned in advance as a way to have Brock Lesnar written off from the TV. As soon as more information is known, you get to know immediately on Tribalwrestling.

l’ll believe this report about the Brock Lesnar meltdown when I see some actual evidence. Let’s see some pics of the smash up locker room, or hear some testimony from wrestlers who were there and saw this. Sounds to me like a work.
Wouldn’t be surprised if WWE let information like this slip out on purpose, knowing it would eventually be online. They want people to believe the image of Lesnar being this ‘loose canon’ to generate more buzz and hype.
I believe the WWE is going the worked shoot way with Brock Lesnar, working the online fans and blurring the line between scripted and reality (CM Punk Summer of Punk). This is probably been blown out of proportion version of what actually happened.
If Brock Lesnar really did have a massive tantrum as recently as ONE DAY before raw, I bet he wouldn’t of even turned up to raw to build up a potential Brock Lesnar vs Triple H Match. I’m not sure vince mcmahon would have him beat up the “all mighty” triple h, if he is this un-controllable.
The WWE has invested too much money into Brock to screw him over for no reason, this early in the contract. Furthermore, I highly doubt Triple H would allow himself to get locked in a kimura armbar if Brock was prone to loosing his temper like that.
The Brock on TV is not the Brock in real life. He’s not some moron who would blow up and cost himself millions because his heel character look weak. After all, Brock Lesnar is in WWE for the money.
I actually thought John cena meant he was leaving to rest up for a little while sunday. Obviously he’s not, so the speech really wasn’t needed. This is the 2nd time recently that Cena’s went off the script to do something not planned, after the saga with the Rock wrist promo notes.
I would blame Cena not WWE officials as he pretty much said in the speech he wasn’t meant to be on the mic after the match.
Still it’s entirely possible he was told to say that. There wasn’t exactly a point to Cena’s speech other than telling the fans to get home safe, since he’s obviously not going anywhere anytime soon.
Based on the reports quoted here (John Cena vs Brock Lesnar 2012 Match), the two may very really not get along in real life situations during their last run together. Beside WWE gets bragging rights now that their top guy defeat the former UFC Heavyweight Champion.
The Cena promo does make Brock Lesnar look kinda weak when he lays down a brutal beating and also the guy is back the next night on raw, setting up his next ppv match. It hurts the Lesnar character right off the bat.
Looking forward, the Brock Lesnar vs Triple H Match was one of the match that did not happen during Lesnar first WWE run. I think it could be a really good feud with intense crowd reaction, so I’m looking forward to it.
